By downloading, installing, or using the BeyBattle Labs mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

BeyBattle Labs is a mobile application that provides tools for Beyblade X enthusiasts to:

• Build and manage Beyblade combinations
• Track battle results and performance
• Analyze statistics and performance data
• Manage their Beyblade part collection

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet these age requirements.

4. Purchase and Payment

4.1 App Purchase

• BeyBattle Labs is a paid application available for $2.99
• This is a one-time purchase that provides lifetime access to all features
• Payment is processed through the app store from which you downloaded the App
• All future updates and features are included in this one-time purchase

4.2 Refunds

• Refund requests must be made through the app store where you purchased the App
• Refunds are subject to the app store's refund policy
• We do not process refunds directly
• For iOS users: Request refunds through the App Store
• For Android users: Request refunds through Google Play

5. User Accounts and Data

5.1 Local Data Storage

• All user data is stored locally on your device
• No user accounts or registration are required
• We do not collect or store personal information on external servers

5.2 Data Responsibility

• You are responsible for backing up your data
• We are not liable for data loss due to device failure, uninstallation, or other circumstances
• Data may be lost if you uninstall the App or clear app data

6. Acceptable Use

You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

6.2 Prohibited Use

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed $2.99 (the purchase price of the App).
